What to Include in Your Log
Your name and address
So we know where to post your rosette. Please make sure your address is clearly written on your log or included in your message.
A photo or file of your completed activity log
A clear photo, PDF, or document of your filled-in log showing the activities you completed. A brief note for each activity is all that is needed — no essays required.
You can use the official log sent to you at registration, or any format of your own — a notebook, handwritten list, spreadsheet, notes app, or anything else that shows what you did. There is no set format.
